Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Thank you for shopping at www.amorinedesigns.com. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

  • In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
  • Refunds can only be made as follows,
    • Paid Orders - Refund will be made to the payment initiated method/card used for the original order
    • Cash on Delivery Orders -Refund will be made to a bank account assigned to the original customer name.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
  • Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-7 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.

Exchanges

Online/Outlet

  • Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for online purchased style/s. via mobile/whatsapp : 0772243959 or email : support@amorinedesigns.com
  • Clothes must be in original condition, tags intact.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
  • You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
  • Showroom exchanges are allowed on prior confirmation from AMORINE Online Store. 
  • Online exchange process takes 7-10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within [7] business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Change of style during exchange

In case you wish to change the style of your purchased item during exchange period, we will offer you with a voucher for the amount of the previous purchased item, so you can shop with ease and claim the amount for change of style.

  • If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
  • Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped. 
  • Any balance should be paid in cash at the moment.
