Local Delivery (Sri Lanka)

At AMORINE, our dedicated team at the Colombo warehouse aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, during promotional periods, there may be slight delays. Delivery timelines and charges will vary depending on your shipping address and the date of your order.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive both an email and an SMS with dispatch confirmation and tracking details.

We deliver to all locations across Sri Lanka. Please ensure your full postal address, including city and postcode, is clearly entered at checkout.

International

For international orders, the standard estimated delivery time is 10–14 working days, depending on the destination.

All international shipments are fully trackable. Once your parcel is dispatched, our delivery partner will send you a tracking link via email.

Please note that the delivery time frame starts from the date of dispatch (not the order date) and may be extended due to customs clearance, incorrect address details, or other unforeseen delays.

 

Delivery Policy - AMORINE

📦 Domestic Delivery (Sri Lanka)

  • Colombo (1–15):
    Orders placed within Colombo city limits will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the order date.
  • Outside Colombo (Suburbs & Outstations):
    Orders to all other areas will arrive within 3 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery Days:
    Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays in Colombo, suburbs, or outstation locations.
  • Public Holidays:
    Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    If you choose COD, our delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the time and availability.

🚚 Delivery Status & Processing

We do our best to dispatch all orders promptly!

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (GMT+5:30) on a business day are shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During sales or high-volume periods, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience during these times.

While we aim to deliver within the stated time frames, please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, or increased seasonal demand.

  • AMORINE cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially during peak periods.

  • Our delivery partner will reach out to confirm the delivery prior to arrival.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time frame:

  • Customs Delays:
    Shipping timelines do not include customs clearance time, which varies by country and may cause delays beyond our control.

🧾 Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure about applicable customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

  • Address Changes:
    Any updates to your shipping address must be made through AMORINE directly, not via courier or postal services. We cannot take responsibility for lost or misdelivered packages due to third-party address changes.
  • Incorrect Addresses:
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply, especially for international orders.
  • Shipping Liability:
    AMORINE is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they leave our warehouse.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International Returns:
    At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any international orders.
